continued work on the compaq page. kinda left the FBNeo section unfinished, but i really wanted to jot down something regarding SM3.9

i wish i had started this earlier... hazel's old wikis and fansites video got me into a kick and finally gave me the motivation to actually start work after leaving this place in limbo for... deadass 2 years or so. jeez. updated index page. updated sidebar. began work on The Horde, started writing the HP Compaq page. got as far as the final part of the anime section, i believe. created this changelog. changed the main background image to 23 year old teenage girl Ciel, though i plan to have different backgrounds per section if possible so i'll probably never write another background change again.
